Information for Sydney Presenters

Oral Abstract Presentations

Presentations are an important part of the event program. In order to showcase the diversity of digital health research happening, Digital Health Week 2026 is running a number of streams showcasing a large number of presentations. Specific details of your stream and time will be available in the final program for the event.

Posters

Posters are an integral part of the event program and will be displayed in-person during the first day of the event at Sydney (Tuesday 3rd of February from 1pm-1:30pm).


Step 1

Poster Dimensions

Please print your poster in portrait orientation, maximum size A0 (841 mm wide x 1189mm high). All text lettering, diagrams and content should be large enough to be read from 1.5m away.

Step 2

Set-up

Tuesday 3rd February (8am-9:15am). Please let the registration desk know that you have a poster and they will provide you with instructions and materials e.g. pins.

Step 3

Poster Session

Poster presenters are requested to be present beside their poster during the second half of lunch (1-1:30pm) for the dedicated Poster Session  to speak with delegates about your work.


Voting: Judges will be circulating during the poster session.

Step 4

Take-down

Please either remove your poster after the poster session or by the end of the networking event on Tuesday 3rd February (5pm). Any posters not removed will be discarded.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to both abstract and poster presenters in Sydney. 

There are a total of five abstract presenter prizes available for best oral presentation.

There are two Poster prizes available:

  • Judges Choice

  • People’s Choice Poster (based on number of votes received)
